Purchase Instructions
1. Review the purchase agreement on the downloads page
2. Complete the order form below; you are under no obligation and have 15 business days to return the required purchase agreement
3. You will receive an email with a purchase agreement and warranty
4. Print and sign the document; return originals via mail to Holloway Performance (don’t forget to keep a copy)
5. You have 15 business days to send payment to Holloway Performance; because of the limited supply of kits, orders will be filled in the order of payment received
6. Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or cashier’s check; Holloway Performance will email an invoice for secure payment via PayPal
7. Merchandise will be shipped starting in late August 2008; Warranty begins upon ship date; Purchaser can define a future ship date if preferred
